Ambassador Dr. Damilola Fetuga, PhD, has distributed bags of rice to All Progressives Congress (APC) party structures across the Ijebu Federal Constituency of Ogun State.
The distribution, which covered APC structures in the constituency’s 36 wards, was carried out as part of efforts to support party members at the grassroots level. The initiative was funded through Dr. Fetuga’s personal resources.
The items were formally received by party leaders, including Hon. Wale Omowunmi, APC Chairman, Ijebu North East Local Government; Alhaji Surajudeen Logere, representing Ijebu Ode Local Government; and Akogun Muyiwa Idowu, APC leader in Odogbolu Local Government.
Party stakeholders described the support as timely, noting that it contributes to sustaining engagement and morale within local party structures. They said the gesture reflects ongoing interaction with party members across the constituency.
The distribution aligns with broader efforts by party stakeholders to strengthen internal cohesion and maintain active grassroots participation ahead of future political activities within the constituency.
